Example calculation for a sheet weighing 35 grams with a baking time of 100 seconds:
t = 100 seconds; N = 9 pcs.; n = 1 piece; m = 0.035 kg
P = (3600:100) 9 1 0.030 = 11.5 kg/hour

Features:
• Automation of oven processes: dough dosing, baking.
• The finished product is removed and processed by hand!
• Programming operating modes: speeds, temporary pauses, doses.
• Dough dispenser: based on a gear pump driven by a gear motor and frequency controlled. Has 4 customizable parameters: delay, speed, time and anti-jigging.
• Molds (plates): made of SCh20 cast iron. Cast iron, due to its high heat capacity, ensures uniform baking of waffles and is easy to clean from carbon deposits. The upper half opens along a guide for removal and subsequent dosing and closes along it. The lock secures the halves during baking.
• The removal device is not included with this model!
• Food materials: all structural elements in contact with the product are made of materials approved for use in food equipment.
Warranty:
• The warranty period for equipment is one year from the date of shipment of the equipment to the customer, or from the moment of commissioning of the equipment during commissioning by our specialists.
• During the warranty period, our specialists carry out warranty repairs of equipment.
• After the expiration of the warranty period, it is possible to conclude a separate agreement for post-warranty repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Consumables and components are always in stock and, if necessary, will be delivered to you as soon as possible using courier services.
