Egg breaking machine – An industrial egg breaking machine is designed for the continuous production of melange for confectionery or bakery production.

Working principle: Eggs are loaded into a stationary centrifuge through a funnel, then broken and separated from the shell. Next, the resulting melange flows through a drain pipe into a pre-prepared receiving container, and in the meantime the shells are automatically unloaded through an outlet into a container or bag.
