Operating principle
The operation of the arched wafer sheet cooler is built around a conveyor belt and a chain conveyor. The semi-finished product is fed first onto a belt and then onto a conveyor, on which it is held and stabilized by a special device. Heat removal from the wafer sheet can be carried out according to a predetermined or fixed (3 seconds) time interval. The third operating mode, which provides continuous cooling, is used for equipment maintenance. The choice between them is carried out on the control panel.
