Working principle:
Dough is poured into the loading hopper and a vane pump pumps it along the main line. This pump design prevents dough from getting into the bearing units.
Equipment: vane pump made of black steel with a water jacket and galvanic coating, receiving hopper, platform, gear motor 63-10 0.75 kW, frequency converter.
