Features of operation
What we offer molding equipment for the production of straws is equipped with a bunker for dough. It is squeezed out using a shaft through special nozzles, giving the semi-finished product the shape of a rope. It is sent along a conveyor belt into a bath filled with soda solution. Next, the semi-finished product is cut into pieces. Their length is regulated by changing the speed of rotation of the shaft driving the blade. Then the products are subjected to heat treatment, carried out on a stainless steel mesh. Cooling is carried out using a hood, which minimizes the risk of physical damage to the straw on the production line.
