Roller-piston dough depositor designed for depositing dough products onto receiving trays. The operating principle of the machine is based on a roller-piston group of dough depositing nozzles. Dosing is determined by the stroke of the piston. A control system based on a programmable controller allows you to instantly configure operating modes, reducing time and simplifying the transition to the production of various types of products.
* Machine productivity in kg/hour with a constant supply of depositing trays can be calculated using the formula:
P = (3600:t)nmWhere t β jigging time, sec
n β number of jigging nozzles, pcs.
m β mass of one element, kg
Calculation example:
t = 2 sec, n = 9 pcs., m = 0.015 kg
P = (3600:2) 9 0.015 = 243 kg/hour
** the length of the baking sheet can be adjusted on the operator panel in the range of 400-1200 mm.
Benefits:
- Pneumatic units from Camozzi (Italy).
- Geared motors Tramec and Transtecno (Italy).
- Frequency converters Mitsubishi (Japan) and Delta (Taiwan).
- Control based on Delta controller (Taiwan) and Kinco touch panel (China).
- Rail guides and flange carriages H.S.A.C. and HIWIN (Taiwan).
- EMAS controls (TΓΌrkiye).
- All equipment elements that come into contact with the products are made of materials approved for contact with food products and environments.
- A pneumatic compressor with an inlet capacity of at least 600 l/min is required. and a receiver of at least 200 l.
- Heating the tank with heating wires. PID control of set temperature. The maximum temperature is structurally limited to 100 Β°C.
- Separate precise adjustment of each nozzle allows for minimal weight differences between products.
- Adjustment of the receiving table within a range of 200 mm allows you to set the required height of the product.
