The proposed line for the production of soufflé candies is designed for automatic molding of a soufflé layer with further longitudinal and transverse division into segments of a given width and length and glazing.
Consists of the following functional blocks:
- Formation filling station.
- Cooling conveyor.
- Slitting conveyor. Equipped with a disc cutting unit (disc oil lubrication system; disc cleaning system; individual drive).
- Harness conveyor (based on T-shaped elastic harnesses made in Germany). The conveyor is equipped with a number of separate bundles designed to move pre-longitudinal layers apart from each other. When changing the width of the workpiece, replacement of the harness conveyor is not required if the width of the workpiece is a multiple of 10 mm.
- Cross cutting conveyor. Equipped with a pneumatic guillotine cutting unit.
- Rotating belt conveyor 180 degrees.
- Glazing line.
Operating principle
The pre-prepared soufflé mass is fed into the heated receiving hopper of the casting machine. The casting machine ensures the pouring of a layer of a given thickness. Next, the layer goes to the upper floor of a two-tier cooling conveyor. After cooling, the layer enters a disk divider, which ensures the division of the layer into longitudinal blanks. Next, the pre-cut blanks enter the tow conveyor, where the cut strips are separated from each other. Then the separated strands are transferred to the guillotine cutting conveyor. Guillotine cutting ensures transverse division of the seam into workpieces of the required length. Next, the candy blanks are transferred to the enrobing machine conveyor.
