The line for the production of straws is a full-fledged automated complex that allows you to produce bread straws (sticks). The presented option in the photo and video has a productivity of 42 kg/hour with a width of 600 mm and 63 kg/hour with a width of 900 mm. The exhaust system is not included in the basic kit.

Technological process of the line:
After kneading, the dough is loaded into the receiving hopper, then the dough pumped by the shaft is extruded through molding nozzles into a bundle. The rope passes through a mesh conveyor into the soda bath, then moves to the notch block, where the length of the future straw is formed by the shaft. After the block of sprinkling, the product is decorated with salt or any other fraction of your choice (sesame, poppy, sugar, etc.). Next, the bundles fall onto the baking area on a stainless mesh. At the next stage after exiting the furnace, cooling occurs with exhaust fans before removal, which ensures a low percentage of finished product defects.
