Video of the rotary conveyor
Rotary conveyor designed for turning production lines 90° and 180° in rooms where it is impossible to set the line straight or this is required by the technological process and a certain arrangement of equipment.
Working principle:
On a frame made of a profile pipe there is a control panel, a drive system based on a gear motor, a conveyor belt and a tension shaft. The runaway of the tape is limited by bearings attached to the outer edge of the tape. The control panel is equipped with a “STOP/FORWARD/BACKWARD” switch and speed control based on a frequency converter.
