Vacuum press is a model with a vertical lifting frame with a membrane and a heating carriage.

The model is used as equipment for the production of MDF facades. The lamination machine covers facades with PVC film simultaneously from 3 planes of the MDF blank in a vertical position. The vertical system is built on pneumatics produced by Camozzi Italy with a system for protecting and lubricating moving mechanisms.

1. Wide capabilities of the vacuum press:

• Finishing with PVC films from 0.1 mm to 1 mm (including high-gloss).
• Coating with PVC films simultaneously 3 planes of MDF blanks in a vertical position.
• Depending on the dimensions of the parts, it is possible to simultaneously cover several parts with different films.
• Max. part length - up to 3500 mm, max. height - 600 mm, max. width - 60 mm.

2. Energy saving:

• There is no need to warm up the table before starting work. Unlike heating element presses.
• There is no need to add hair dryers to the film. This significantly saves energy.

• Saving energy and the life of heating elements with incomplete fillings occurs due to the division of the carriage into 3 independent heating zones. The option is included in the additional package.

3. Savings of PVC film:

• Equipment for the production of MDF facades is equipped with a universal work table length divider. This significantly saves PVC film in case of incomplete backfills during façade cladding with film. The option is included in the basic package and has no analogues.

4. Speed (volume):

• There is no need to warm up the work table before starting work, unlike heating element presses.
• Fast heating speed - at 20 degrees. In the room, the PVC film will heat up to 100 degrees. In just 60 seconds.
• Facade cladding with film is carried out without the need to add hair dryers to the film. This is achieved through the design of the hot vacuum press table, a high-performance pump with very low residual pressure.
• With this type of equipment for MDF facades, there is no need to drill through holes in the facades with a thin milling cutter. The PVC film shrinks completely without them.
• The Full Automatic option allows you to perform the pressing cycle in a fully automatic mode. The option is included in the additional package.
• The option of “quick fastening of the membrane on the upper frame” allows you to quickly remove and attach the membrane on the machine. The option is included in the additional package.

5. Accessories:

• Powerful, high-performance vacuum pump VALUE with a residual pressure of only 0.3 mbar. A filter with a polyester filter element is installed in front of the pump inlet. Moisture-resistant synthetic oil is poured into the pump.
• A motor protection circuit breaker is installed on the vacuum pump motor, which protects the electric motor from winding burnout when one of the phases in the electrical network fails.
• Double frame seal with silicone rubber.
• Special ultra-reliable heating KHT lamps with a separate warranty for a period of 3 years.
• The membrane-vacuum press has a heating carriage equipped with ceramic insulators.
• The vacuum hot press is equipped with electronic devices from the leading domestic manufacturer - OWEN" with a separate warranty for a period of 2 years.
• The temperature sensor is a contact thermocouple that takes the temperature directly from the film. The measurement accuracy is 1% of the displayed temperature value. The thermocouple rests on the film when the upper frame is lowered, i.e. Based on the nod principle, there is no mechanical wear. Does not lose accuracy over time. We do not use contact thermocouple in a non-contact manner. This is due to the inaccuracy and inefficiency of this measurement method.
• The working table of the equipment for the production of MDF facades is made of galvanized steel, aligned to 22 points, does not rust, the deviation of the table along the plane is no more than 0.7 mm. The table is not subject to deformation when heated.

6. Warranty (vacuum press):

• The warranty period for the vacuum press is 1 year from the date of shipment of the equipment to the customer, or from the date of commissioning of the equipment during commissioning by our specialists.
• Warranty repairs of equipment are carried out during the warranty period by Stangrad specialists.
• After the expiration of the warranty period, it is possible to conclude a separate agreement for post-warranty repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Consumables and components are always in stock and, if necessary, will be delivered to you as quickly as possible using courier services.
• Separate warranty for heating lamps for a period of 3 years.

7. Service:
