Wafer sheet crusher

Wafer sheet crusher – designed for producing wafer crumbs from wafer sheets. Can be used for grinding crackers, cookies, etc.

Working principle: the design is based on grooved shafts rotating towards each other. Adjusting the gap between them and the rotation speed allows you to set the size of the fraction of the product being produced. The semi-finished product is loaded into the upper bunker and, passing through the shafts, turns into crumbs and falls into the lower bunker, installed on a platform with wheels for easy transportation. The control panel has start-protection equipment, start and stop buttons, as well as a speed controller based on a frequency converter. All structural elements in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel and other materials approved for use in food equipment.
