The system is used in the production of sugar cookies to apply designs to the dough. It is installed in the existing technological chain before sending the product for heat treatment or further decoration.
Operating principle
The equipment consists of a molding unit, which is mounted on a stainless steel frame. The dough loaded into a special container is picked up by a shaft and directed into a forming drum with recesses. Thanks to the blade that cuts off the excess, the dough remains only in them when the drum rotates. Next, the product ends up on a mesh conveyor belt, which delivers it to another forming equipmentlocated after the cookie cutter.
